Free cold breakfast and hot lunch are served for every scholar day provided by the Buffalo Public Schools Food Service Dept.

Offered daily:

• ½-pint of skim milk or 1% milk

• Fresh pieces of fruit/vegetable

• All bread items are whole wheat or whole grain

FOOD ALLERGIES

• Persistence Prep is NOT a peanut-free school, but we strive to keep all classrooms peanut-free.

• Parent/Guardians must inform Persistence Prep during the registrations process of any allergies, tolerance, and dietary restrictions.

• If your child has a food allergy, you must provide their allergy health care plan provided by their primary physician along with any/all medication to keep on-site in the instance of exposure. 

• Classrooms are given allergy charts reflective of their enrolled scholar's allergy/food restrictions to ensure awareness.
